At Phoenix Flight Publications we make every effort to deliver your purchases as fast as possible.

If you have ordered an e-book, log in to your account and click on "view order." Your download will be available on this screen for seven days.

If you have ordered a print book, we usually ship the same or the next business day, and you should receive your book within 3 to 5 days.

If you have ordered our updates to the Aviation Scholarship Directory 2008, you will receive your updates by e-mail periodically throughout the year, beginning with any back-issues that still contain relevant information.

If you have ordered personal coaching services, you have the option to contact us right away to take advantage of those services now, or to wait till you recieve the directory. Just let us know when you want to redeem your coaching services, referring to your order number.

Customer service is our number one priority. If you have any questions, need help using the directory to find your best fit scholarship, or if you are not satisfied with our products or service in any way, please let us know right away, so we can make it right for you.

Return and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is simple and straightforward: If you aren't completely satisfied, you get your money back.

Now the fine print. If you purchase a print book or personal coaching services from us, and are not completely satisfied, just contact us and return it within 60 days, and we'll refund your money, with no haggling and no arguing. We will ask you what did not meet your needs, but this is just so that we can improve our products and services in the future.

If you purchased an e-Book or other electronic product, you have 14 days to contact us for your refund.
